
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
Sale items and limited-edition pieces are final sale unless faulty
We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@thedifferentsociety.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.
We offer exchange or store credit in the form of a digital giftcard.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe something may be faulty, please contact us at hello@thedifferentsociety.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos.
We’ll review the information provided and may ask for the item to be returned for physical assessment before confirming the appropriate next step.
If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we’ll work with you to provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care or change of mind is not considered a fault.
